# HP Insights 运行状况检查器 - 代理和防火墙

HP Insights 要求将特定域和端口列入白名单，否则 PC 无法注册。

如果 HP Insights 运行状况检查器显示“HP Endponts 无法访问”或“*潜在的防火墙问题”，*请联系负责您的网络安全的人员。
