# 在 Windows 系统托盘中隐藏代理

HP Insights Windows 应用程序（也称为 Windows 代理）用作 HP Workforce Experience Platform （WXP） 的数据收集和监控组件。它帮助 WXP 收集设备洞察、主动检测问题并改善员工的整体技术体验。

默认情况下，安装 Windows 代理后，Windows 系统托盘中会出现一个托盘图标，以指示该代理正在后台运行。在某些公司设置中，出于安全或外观原因，IT 团队可能希望隐藏此图标。HP 允许您使用注册表设置显示或隐藏此图标。图标的外观还取决于代理的安装方式以及正在使用的 HP 支持计划。

### **隐藏托盘图标**

要从 Windows 系统托盘中删除该图标，请打开注册表编辑器并导航到：

`[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Hewlett-Packard\HP Touchpoint Manager] "HideTrayIcon"="False"`

将 **HideTrayIcon** `True` 的值设置为并关闭注册表编辑器。

最新的 Windows 代理会自动删除该图标，而无需重新启动。但是，如果更改没有立即发生，建议重新启动 Windows。

### **惠普服务托盘行为**：

如果 HP Services Scan 安装了 Windows 代理，并且设备使用的是 **HP Premium 和 Premium+ 支持** 计划，则默认情况下托盘图标可见。要删除该图标，请设置以下注册表值。

`[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Hewlett-Packard\HP Touchpoint Manager] "HideTrayIcon"="True"`

对于其他计划，HP Services Scan 默认删除该图标。要显示该图标，请设置以下注册表值。

`[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Hewlett-Packard\HP Touchpoint Manager] "HideTrayIcon"="False"`
