# 自动注册 Windows IoT 设备的额外步骤

## 介绍

本文详细介绍了在 Windows IoT 设备上安装 HP Insights 的步骤，其方式与在 Windows 全客户端设备中安装的方式相同。此外，了解如何禁用 HP Write Manager、修改环境变量、安装 HP Insights、重新启用 HP Write Manager 以及通过组策略管理更新。

### **禁用 HP 写入管理器**

在瘦客户端设备上下载并安装 HP Insights 代理之前，必须禁用 HP Write Manager 以允许正确禁用自动更新。要禁用 HP Write Manager：

1. 在控制面板中，选择 HP Write Manager Configuration 应用程序。
2. 在此应用程序中，可以看到启用或禁用管理器的选项。
3. 禁用后，重新启动瘦客户端设备并继续执行以下安装步骤。

> **注意**：
> 
> - 禁用 HP Write Manager 后，更改将被视为永久系统配置。重定向和缓存叠加中的写入可以保护瘦客户端的内容并减少磨损。
> - 安装 HP Insights 代理时，可能需要临时更改一些环境变量以指向瘦客户端设备 （C：） 而不是 RAM 驱动器 （Z：）。RAM 驱动器对于安装某些应用程序期间缓存的临时文件来说可能太小。

要更改环境变量，请执行以下作：

1. 右键单击“开始”按钮，然后从菜单中选择“系统”。

### **重新启用 HP Write Manager**

### **禁用自动更新策略**
