# 通过 Intune 使用单一安装（.exe）方法部署

此类安装的重点面向希望使用 Intune 云端工具以及安装服务提供的 Windows 可执行文件来部署和管理 HP Insights 应用的用户。本文介绍了使用 Microsoft Intune 使用单一安装程序方法部署 HP Insights 代理的过程。

## **使用单一安装程序（.exe）方法下载 Windows 代理**

**要下载HP Insights Windows应用程序：**

1. 从 [https://workforceexperience.hp.com/software](https://workforceexperience.hp.com/software) 下载**HP Insights的Windows应用程序** 。
  - 请参阅文章《 [安装HP Insights Windows应用程序](https://learn.workforceexperience.hp.com/docs/zh-cn/installing-hp-insights-windows-application-using-setupexe)》。
2. [点击这里](https://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/HP_DaaS/DaaS%20Client%20Scripts/GPO/Install/HP-Insights-Installation-Scripts.zip)下载HP Insights应用安装PowerShell脚本文件。
3. 提取已下载HP-Insights-Installation-Scripts.zip的内容。它将包含 `wxp-insights-detection-and-remediation-script.ps1` 和 `wxp-insights-installer-script.ps1`。

## **使用 Microsoft Win32 内容准备工具转换 HP Insights Windows 应用程序（单一安装程序（.exe））**

使用 Microsoft Win32 内容准备工具将 HP Insights Windows 应用程序（设置）转换为 Intunewin 格式：

1. 下载Win32内容准备工具，来源： [https://github.com/Microsoft/Microsoft-Win32-Content-Prep-Tool](https://github.com/Microsoft/Microsoft-Win32-Content-Prep-Tool)。
2. 把它 `IntuneWinAppUtil.exe` 保存到本地文件夹 `C:\Tool\` 。
3. 为了创建两个 **Intune** 包，一个用于Intel，另一个用于Arm，请将以下下载内容放入两个本地文件夹中：
  1. **本地文件夹1** => IntelPkg （C：\Intune\IntelPkg）

4. 打开管理员命令提示符。
5. 进入 `C:\Intune` 文件夹，执行以下命令将安装程序转换为 **Intunewin** 格式。
  1. 确保输入和输出文件夹的名称不同，以防止安装错误。执行以下两个命令来创建 **Intune** 包：
    1. **选项A** - `C:\Tool\IntuneWinAppUtil.exe -c IntelPkg -s wxp-insights-installer-intel.ps1 -o C:\Intune\Output`
    2. **选项B** —— `C:\Tool\IntuneWinAppUtil.exe -c ArmPkg -s hp-insights-installer-arm.ps1 -o C:\Intune\Output`
6. 文件成功转换后，会显示以下 Intunewin 文件： `wxp-insights-installer-intel.intunewin` 和 `wxp-insights-installer-arm.intunewin`

>

## **选项A - 在Intune中为英特尔设备创建应用程序**

创建新的Intune应用包以安装HP Insights Windows应用程序：

1. 登录[**Azure门户。**](https://intune.microsoft.com/) 主**页显示**出来。
2. 访问 **Microsoft Intune 管理中心。**
3. **选择客户端应用**，然后进入**应用。**
4. 点击 **添加** 并选择 **Windows应用（Win32）。**
5. 点击 **“选择应用包文件**”，然后选择上方转换为 intunewin 格式的 HP Insights 安装脚本 `wxp-insights-installer-intel.intunewin`

`powershell.exe -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\wxp-insights-installer-script.ps1`
9. 输入卸载命令为 **“无”**。

10. 点击 **“复习+保存**”。
11. 在 **需求** 标签中，
  1. 在 **Check 操作系统架构**中，
    1. 选择 **“是**”。指定应用可以安装在哪些系统上。
    2. 选择 **在x64系统上安装**
    3. 根据目标环境选择 **最小操作系统** 。例如：Windows 10 1607
12. 点击 **“复习+保存**”。
13. 在**“检测规则**”标签中，选择**“使用自定义检测脚本>规则格式**”。
14. 打开之前下载的脚本文件 `hp-insights-detection-and-remediation-script-intune.ps1` 。
15. 点击 **“复习+保存**”。
16. 在 **“评测+保存** ”标签页。
17. 点击 **保存**。

## 选项B - 在 Intune 中为 Arm 设备创建应用程序

创建新的Intune应用包以安装HP Insights Windows应用程序：

1. 登录[**Azure门户。**](https://intune.microsoft.com/)主**页显示**出来。
2. 访问 **Microsoft Intune 管理中心**。

  3. 根据目标环境选择 **最小操作系统** 。例如，Windows 11 24小时2
12. 点击 **复习+保存**。
13. 在**检测规则**标签页中，选择**规则格式**为“使用自定义检测脚本”。
14. 打开之前下载的脚本文件 `hp-insights-detection-and-remediation-script-intune.ps1` 。
15. 点击 **复习+保存**。
16. 在 **“评测+保存** ”标签页中，点击 **保存**。

### Intune 中通用应用部署的步骤

1. 在选项A和选项B中逐一打开 **Intune** 应用。在 **分配** 部分，点击 **编辑** 选项。
2. 在 **分配** 部分，进入 **“必需** ”部分，选择 **添加组、添加所有用户，** 或根据部署策略和目标 **添加所有设备** 。
3. 对于**静默安装**，请点击终端**用户通知**下的**“显示所有吐司通知**”。
4. 在 **终端用户通知**中，选择 **隐藏所有吐司通知，** 然后点击 **确定**。
5. 点击 **复习+保存**。
6. 在 **“评测+保存** ”标签页中，点击 **保存**。

## 安装验证

HP Insights Windows 应用程序的安装也可以在目标计算机上进行验证。为了验证目标计算机上的部署情况：

1. 在终端用户电脑上，在控制面板中打开**“程序”和“功能”。** 应安装HP Insights和HP Insights分析客户端。
2. 如果系统托盘图标在部署过程中没有隐藏，请点击 **HP Insights系统托盘图标** 并选择 **状态。**
3. 设备注册状态应显示 **为已注册。**

## 同步设备

1. 在 Microsoft Intune 中，打开 **设置** 应用。
2. 点击 **账户。**
3. 选择 **Access 工作或学校。**
4. 点击您的域名，点击 **信息。**
5. 在页面底部，点击 **同步**。

> [!WARNING]
> **重要提示**：如果客户或IT管理员执行严格的PowerShell执行策略（如AllSigned、RemoteSigned或其他受限执行策略），则提供的卸载PowerShell脚本 **hp-insights-detection-and-remediation-script-intune.ps1** 和wxp-insights-installer-script.ps1必须在部署前进行数字签名。在这样的环境中：
> 
> - IT管理员必须用批准的代码签名证书签署提供的PowerShell卸载脚本。在配置Intune或SCCM中的应用部署时，必须使用签名脚本。
> - IT管理员必须确保对应的代码签名证书（或其发出的CA证书）存在于所有目标设备上本地**计算机**证书存储下的**可信根认证机构**或**可信发布者**存储中。
> - 未能满足这些要求可能导致系统执行策略阻挡卸载脚本。
