# 从 Workforce Experience Platform 中删除和取消注册设备

## 介绍

有效的设备管理涉及从劳动力体验平台 （WXP） 中删除旧的或未使用的设备。删除或取消注册设备可确保信息保持最新、许可证恢复以及组织的设备信息是最新的。

### 先决条件

- 只有 IT 管理员可以删除和取消注册设备。

## 删除和取消注册设备

要删除和取消注册，请执行以下作：

1. 登录 WXP。将显示 **主页** 。
2. 在平台的左侧菜单中，单击 **设备>电脑**。将显示“设备列表”页面。
3. 从设备列表页面中，选择一个或多个设备。当至少选择一个设备时，将显示 **删除** 选项。
4. 单击 **删除**。将显示一个标题为“删除设备”的对话框，其中显示两个要删除的选项 - **所选设备** 和 **批量上传**。
5. 选择两个选项之一 - **选定设备** 或 **批量上传**。
6. **选定设备 -** 选择此选项后：
  1. 在“ **删除设备”** 对话框中，显示所选设备的计数。
  2. 输入对话框中显示的安全 **代码** 。
  3. 单击 **删除**。所选设备已取消注册。
7. **批量上传：** 选择此选项后：
  1. （可选）下载 .CSV 模板。
  2. 以推荐的格式输入设备详细信息，为文件提供直观的名称，然后将文件保存在 .CSV 格式。
  3. 使用 **上传** 选项导入您的文件。
  4. 输入对话框中显示的安全 **代码** 。将显示一条弹出消息，指示上传正在进行中。

将显示一条通知，指示取消注册状态。

> **注意**：从WXP取消注册设备后：
> 
> - 设备不再连接到平台，但将以非活动状态保持在平台中，稍后根据 **“设置”**中配置的存档持续时间进行存档。
> - 即使设备不再连接到 WXP，HP **Insights Windows 应用程序** （也称为 Windows 代理）仍会保持安装状态。
> - HP Insights 系统托盘可能需要一些时间才能显示取消注册。因此，在后端进行同步之前，最终用户仍可能看到设备已注册。可能需要重新启动才能反映正确的状态。
> - 许可证席位已更新，以反映其他席位可用性。
