Resolving CUCM - unknown error: No files present in CDR Repository

Introduction

When a user adds a CUCM to the WXP Collaboration platform via the configuration tool/admin portal, they encounter the following message :

"unknown error: No files present in CDR Repository." The solution to the issue is detailed below.

Solution

This message is returned from the CUCM when :

  • There are billing servers configured but not responding, thus causing the CDROnDemand service to fail.

To rectify this issue:

  • Ensure that all billing servers configured on the CUCM have all the details correct, are contactable by the CUCM, and are fully functional.

Once any configuration errors in the billing server setup have been cleared, the CUCM should no longer encounter this error.
