# 古い WXP Insights および Analytic Agents のサポート終了

## 紹介

HP は、WXP Insights Agent および WXP Insights Analytics バージョンの古くて古いバージョンのサポートを終了します。2024年9月1日より、次のソフトウェアバージョン以降を実行しているデバイスは、HP Workforce Experience Platformクラウドサービスのみと通信します。他のクライアント エージェント ソフトウェア バージョンを実行しているデバイスは、サービスを続行するためにアップグレードする必要があります。

- **Windows:** WXP Insights または WXP Insights Analytics バージョン 3.22.1582 以降 (推奨バージョン - 5.24.128 以降)
- **Mac:** WXP Insightsバージョン3.24.1以降(推奨バージョン3.24.2以降)
- **アンドロイド：** WXP Insightsバージョン3.24.6 以降(推奨バージョン3.24.6以降)
