Getting started with **HP Premium Support with WXP** is easy. Simply follow the three steps below to unlock proactive support, device insights, and a more seamless IT experience. 1. [**Care Pack Registration**](/wxp/docs/quick-start-guide-for-hp-premium-with-wxp-support#step-1-confirm-your-hp-care-pack-registration) Confirm your HP support coverage is correctly registered. 2. [**Tenant Creation**](/wxp/docs/quick-start-guide-for-hp-premium-with-wxp-support#step-2-create-your-workforce-experience-platform-account) Set up your organization's Workforce Experience Platform account. 3. [**Device Enrollment**](/wxp/docs/hp-premium-support-with-wxp#step-3-enroll-your-devices) Connect your devices to activate monitoring, analytics, and proactive support capabilities. Every step builds on the previous one, helping ensure your environment is fully configured and ready to deliver the full value of your HP services. ### **Step 1: Confirm Your HP Care Pack Registration** Before we can activate monitoring, insights, and proactive support capabilities, let's make sure your HP Care Packs are registered correctly. **Already received a Care Pack confirmation email?** Great news! Your registration has already been completed. You can proceed directly to [**Step 2: Create Your WXP Tenant**](/wxp/docs/quick-start-guide-for-hp-premium-with-wxp-support#step-2-create-your-workforce-experience-platform-account) and continue your onboarding journey. **Need to verify your registration?** Use the HP Warranty Checker below to confirm that your Care Packs are active and associated with your devices. [**Verify My Care Pack Registration**](https://support.hp.com/us-en/check-warranty) To check if your Premium/Premium + Care Pack and WXP Care Pack are registered, after opening the link above, scroll down till “Additional Information” in the care pack section, as shown in the picture below and make sure both entitlements are visible. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/c9ecd56a-08d4-4e2f-ab71-60540f7ba8f3/Images/Documentation/quick-start-guide-for-hp-premium-with-wxp-support-image-ocj1wxg6.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-27T19%3A28%3A58Z&se=2026-10-27T20%3A28%3A58Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Sj9KtEhyHAI3gX5nZQtIzO4uc33iUa7Nlg8%2FXagPDIg%3D) **Need assistance?** If your Care Pack isn't showing as registered, don't worry—we're here to help. If one exists, ask to be added to it as an additional administrator and you can move directly to [**Step 3: Device Enrollment**](/wxp/docs/hp-premium-support-with-wxp#step-3-enroll-your-devices). Otherwise follow the steps below. #### **Create Your Organization's WXP Account** Setting up your account only takes a few minutes. **Choose How You Would Like to Sign In** To access the WXP platform as an administrator, you can use one of the following account types: - **Microsoft Entra ID (Recommended):** If your organization already uses **Microsoft Entra ID** for IT administration and user management, we recommend using the same account. This helps simplify administration and aligns WXP with your existing IT processes. - **HP Account:** Don't have a Microsoft Entra ID account available? No problem. You can use an **HP Account** instead. If you don't already have an HP Account, we'll guide you through a quick account creation process before setting up your WXP account. **Ready to Get Started?** Click below to create your WXP account and begin your onboarding journey. [**Create My WXP Environment**](https://workforceexperience.hp.com/signup) **Need Assistance?** If you're unsure which account type to use or encounter any issues during setup, our support team is here to help guide you through the process. **Send an email to: onboarding@wxp.hp.com** Once your Tenant is created, you're ready to enroll your devices into it and start benefiting from enhanced visibility, proactive support, and a more connected device experience. **Continue to Step 3: Enroll Your Devices** ### **Step 3: Enroll Your Devices** Once your tenant is created you need to note down your cPIN. To obtain the company PIN: 1. Log into WXP. The **Home** Page is displayed. 2. From the left menu of the platform, select **Settings** > **Preferences**. 3. On the **Preferences** tab, scroll to the **Company PIN** section to copy the PIN. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/c9ecd56a-08d4-4e2f-ab71-60540f7ba8f3/Images/Documentation/quick-start-guide-for-hp-premium-with-wxp-support-image-nunvdx4p.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-27T19%3A28%3A58Z&se=2026-10-27T20%3A28%3A58Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Sj9KtEhyHAI3gX5nZQtIzO4uc33iUa7Nlg8%2FXagPDIg%3D) Now, you can install the **HP Insights Windows application (Windows Agent)** and enroll your devices into WXP. #### **Overview of the Process** If you are a customer using a tool like Intune, read this [article](https://learn.workforceexperience.hp.com/docs/automatic-enrollment-of-devices-in-the-workforce-experience-platform). Otherwise, follow these key actions to complete enrollment: 1. **Download the latest WXP Insights Windows application** It is available at this [link](https://workforceexperience.hp.com/software/). 2. **Uninstall the WXP Insights agent on your PC** Search for WXP Insights in the installed apps. Select the checkbox next to the message **I accept the Terms and Conditions of the End User License Agreement**. 4. Click **Install** and follow through the instructions. A new window opens to initiate the enrollment process. 5. When prompted, enter the cPIN you previously copied from your tenant at the beginning of Step 3 (Device Enrollment). 6. Click **Yes** in the **Check Device Registration** field to be able to proceed. 7. When the enrollment confirmation window appears, click **Agree**. A message is displayed with a success or failure message. 2. **Verify all your devices are in your tenant** Once you have enrolled on every device, [log into your tenant](https://workforceexperience.hp.com/), on the left menu click “devices” and then “PCs” and verify that all your SNs are listed.
