WXP Collaboration now offers users the ability to Copy Dashboards and Duplicate Dashboards. Admin users have the ability to copy dashboards from a user in their organization to other users in their organization. All users have the ability to duplicate dashboards for their own instance.
Admin Dashboard Copy
Admin users must have admin privileges in order to copy dashboards. To copy a dashboard, click the down arrow next to the dashboard you would like to copy. The following selections (Duplicate, Copy, and Delete) will appear. Select Copy and you will then see the following to select from:
Only administrators of your tenant will have access to the copy function
The list of available users to share with and the dashboards to share must both be from the same org as the admin.
Duplicate for All
All users are able to duplicate a dashboard for their own instance. To duplicate a dashboard, click the down arrow next to the dashboard you would like to duplicate. The following selections (Duplicate, Copy, Delete) will appear. Select Duplicate, and you will then see the following to select from:
After duplicated is pressed, you will see a duplicate dashboard as shown below
